I believe you are strong and capable of taking control of your life, your feelings, and your symptoms to become a better version of you. I will always be rooting for you on the other side of the screen.

I will always be a human first in the therapy space. I will ensure that we are building a trusting relationship and that we build a foundation where you can share the difficult feelings and emotions that come from dealing with anxiety, grief and loss.

  • Anxiety is something that as humans we all have, but in some, the fear and worry and can be so intense that it impacts daily functioning.

  • Grief and loss is complex. There is no handbook on how to experience grief and loss. Utilizing therapy to help work through difficult times can be helping in moving through your grief journey..

  • Making changes in life can be overwhelming. There can be so many reasons we put off decisions to make change. Sometimes we find ourselves a place where life has happened to us, and we don’t feel prepared for it and need support through it.

I hope to do this by providing perspective change, learning new skills to manage symptoms, and constantly talking about what the change is looking like in real life situations.
