Clients can choose remote session or in person sessions at the Wadsworth Building in Danvers Massachusetts. Located at 130 Centre Street 2nd FL of the schoolhouse building

Yes! As of October 1st 2024, sessions can take place in the Danvers location. This is dependent on availability for in-person slots.

I use an electronic medical record platform called Simple Practice that has HIPPA secure tele-health video conferencing . I will send you a link to log in through your appointment confirmation , and you can take your tele-health appointment from anywhere in Massachusetts.

Yes! I have many ways to engage children and teens virtually. I have online platforms that I subscribe to with therapy games and tools that keep them engage and help facilitate conversations about feelings in a fun way. I also start a Google Slides deck for each kiddo to keep track of all the tools and topics we talk about. I also love reading books to kids that relate to what they are going through.

The fee for a 45 minute therapy session is $150.
At this time Clover Counseling is Accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. The therapist can bill your insurance and determine what your coverage is for the session. Depending on your insurance plan, you may still be required to pay a specified rate /and or co -pay until you meet your deductible. Please contact your insurance for more information specific to your plan.

The first appointment we will review consents, your expectations for treatment, and gather information that is relevant to the problems you would like to address as well as information about your background and family history. I like to think of the first session as a get to know you session. I ask questions to understand who you are and where you came from.

This answer can vary for everyone. Therapy is a journey and you are allowed to decide how long you are in therapy for. I will always give my recommendations.
For some people, their goals in therapy can resolve quickly. Others desire to stay in therapy longer to work on deep rooted issues or manage mental health symptoms that they have struggled with for a long time.
If you decide you want to end the therapy relationship and I feel that we should continue, I will let you know and we can talk about it. If you ever end the relationship and want to come back, you are welcome to email at anytime to see if we can start back up again!

A good faith estimate is document required by Massachusetts for anyone utilizing therapy services without insurance. It will provide an overview of estimated costs for therapy services and will be provided upon the start of working together.
