I’m here to help you

“sit with your feelings.”

Then, I’ll help you choose and take control over what comes next.

I’m a Massachusetts-based therapist who specializes in anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions all through a trauma informed lens.

Change isn’t easy (even when it’s “good”).

If you want to change how you are feeling on a day to day basis, we will work together at your pace to make changes that are sustainable and make sense for you.

You're here because you are tired of feeling the way you do.

But it is not just luck that you are here scrolling through my website. You found strength in you to seek out help and that is one of the biggest parts of making change in your life. Accepting help is a big step to creating a life you enjoy and not dread waking up in the morning.

At Clover Counseling, I believe that the 4 leaves of the clover represent the essential parts of therapy that we will navigate together:

Clarity : I want to help you get clear on understanding yourself and your needs, and as a therapist I want to help gain an understanding of you or your child’s needs.

Compassion: I want to help you have compassion for yourself.

Courage: I want to help you find the courage to make change.

Confidence: I want to help you build confidence to sustain that change through sessions together.

How I work:

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that you already have the strength inside of you to make the changes you want to see. You may just need some help getting there.

Therapy with me is…

  • Each session, we can focus on a small change that can be easily achieved between sessions so you can gain traction with some small wins.

  • Opening up in therapy is hard. Trusting a human being with your life story, struggles, and pain is a very difficult and a unique experience. I feel honored to hear all parts of your story, the good and the not so great, and I will do so with the up most respect and kindness. I want to hear it all! We are non-judgmental over in this corner of the internet. I will laugh with you and cry with you. Whatever you need for support, I am here for it!

  • No one's trauma is greater than or holds more value than another. Traumatic memories, stories, childhoods or experiences are all equal in my eyes. I have decades of experience hearing stories and witnessing children, families, and adults go through traumatic situations and have been alongside to walk with them and be a support.

My Training & Education

  • Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work-Salem State University

Post Masters Certificate in Advance Trauma-Simmons College

I have worked in the hospice field as a social worker supporting many families and patients experiencing grief and loss.

I currently teach in the Masters program at Salem State supervising students in their internships.

Me as a Human Outside of Therapy

  • I enjoy reading, listening to music, spending time with friends, going to concerts and restaurants. You can find me dancing anywhere I hear a beat (I grew up dancing)!

  • I love ice cream! If I can have it instead of dinner I will. I love to read . Memoirs & lighthearted books in the rom-com genre are my favorite. If I read something good or that I think may benefit you, I will talk about it or recommend it to you. I will always do my best to binge watch the latest crime documentary on Netflix.

  • I come from a big Italian and Irish family on both sides. Lots of cousins and loud energy. I am married and have two young children with my husband.
